In July OPS ensured the safe delivery at our first ever food festival with the auditing an enabling 8 full scale restaurants to function on site with 120 traders, restaurants and bars on site.

OPS has been working with Mostly Jazz, Funk and Soul Festival since this festival started, and we have developed a strong relationship as a result of our services. This year, we were therefore requested to again deliver licenses in advance of the event, before heading to Moseley Park to provide on-site event health & safety services at the festival.

In July 2023, OPS worked alongside our sister agency, festival production company The Fair to ensure the safe delivery of El Dorado Festival.

After a successful debut in 2022, RecFest returned to Knebworth Park in July 2023 for the world’s largest talent acquisition and HR event. OPS ensured the Health and Safety onsite and ensured the safe working of 130 sponsors in addition to 40 contractors, supplier and traders.

The OPS team was requested to provide a range of services to ensure London’s first ever Uzbek Culture and Food Festival could go be enjoyed by up to 6,000 guests in the centre of the capital.

Casa Bacardi is an activation by Creation designed and constructed on two levels using multiple, re- purposed shipping containers. A Safety Officer from OPS was on site to manage Casa Bacardi throughout the live hours of Parklife festival in Manchester.

OPS returned to Gottwood for the sixth time in 2023 to ensure this critically acclaimed, independent and intimate underground electronic music festival could go ahead safely.

The Fair’s Health & Safety Team (now OPS) have been Event Safety Risk Management Consultants for Grosvenor Property UK since 2016 - providing a huge range of services to enable Grosvenor to host hundreds of events.

OPS ventured abroad to provide on site safety support for a Christmas installation in Milan, Italy. We worked alongside our colleagues from We Are Placemaking, ensuring the safe delivery of the event in one of the Italian capital’s most vibrant business districts.

OPS have been working with Grosvenor since 2016 to help them deliver their broad range of events safely. The annual Mount Street Christmas Lights Switch-on event is a highlight of the calendar.

For Christmas 2022, OPS supported We Are Placemaking, in addition to the Howard de Walden Estate, to safely deliver the annual light switch on event, Merry Marylebone.

OPS have been working alongside colleagues at The Fair to ensure the safe delivery of these two festivals for many years now - supporting them to grow to an audience of 15,000 people and secure a permanent home at Lee Valley Showground.

Edinburgh promoter Fly had long held aspirations to host a multi-day camping festival, Otherlands, to complement their existing portfolio of shows and events. They approached We Are The Fair and OPS to assist with venue feasibility and decided to go host on a historic site, Scone Palace.
